Inter Library Loans

Looking for an item but can't find it in our library? Try Interlibrary Loan! When you submit a request, our Interlibrary Loan staff send the request out to other libraries in the province. It usually takes 2-4 weeks to find the item and receive it for you. There is a minimum $3.00 charge for Interlibrary Loans which is refundable unless the lending library levies a fee or materials need to be photocopied.  If these conditions are the case, the borrower would have to pay the additional fee.

Staff at the desk are happy to assist you in searching the SOLS database, or you can search yourself at https://info.vdxhost.com/en/vdx/  Additionally, staff at the desk can submit an Interlibrary Loan request for you.
