Banning Procedures under the Trespass to Property Act:

1. The Librarian will serve the person to be banned either in person or by Registered Mail, using the form "Notice under the Trespass
     to Property Act, R.S.O. 1980, Chapter 551, Section 3".  Police will be called if a problem at time of serving is anticipated.

 2. Two copies of the original will be kept:

     - One copy will be posted on the bulletin board in the Staff Office. Library staff will be notified of individuals who are banned or
        who have received a letter of trespass.

     - The second copy will be delivered by hand to the Elliot Lake Ontario Provincial Police detachment office.
